About the Course
Although dogs can react aggressively out of defense of their territory or fear, their actions are usually not unpredictable. The purpose of this course is to:
- learn the 3P’s (Professional, Polite and Prepared) when dealing with your customer’s dogs;
- read a dog’s signals so you know how to react;
- know what to do if things go wrong and a dog bites or attacks;
- separate your company from your competitors by displaying your Caring Counts badge to prospective customers;I
Knowing the information in this course and displaying your certification badge tells your customer that you care about their dogs. Caring does count and customers will reward you by choosing you over your competitors.
